Founded in July 2018, Zhejiang Huangma Shangyi New Material Co., Ltd., located in Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shangyu District, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, covers an area of about 166，000 square meters. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary established to undertake the overall relocation of Zhejiang Huangma Technology Co., LTD. In 2021, the first phase of the new material resin and special industrial surfactant project with an annual output of 100，000 tons has been completed and put into operation; The second phase of the 30，000 ton annual production of high-end surface functional new materials project is currently under construction. After completion and operation, it will form an annual production capacity of 130，000 tons of new material resins and special industrial surfactants. The company's main business scope involves the research and development, production, sales, and technical services of new materials and resins for adhesives, semiconductors and electronic chemicals, new materials and resins for UV curable coatings, and special surfactants.

Zhejiang Lukean Chemical Co., LTD was established in November 2009, covering an area of 167，800 square meters. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Huangma Technology Co., LTD, specializing in the research and development and production of special surfactant related products. At present, it mainly involves the production of polyether amine new material plate, carbon four derivative functional intermediates, high-performance polyether plate for organic silicon new material modification, and green new surfactant plate products for textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries.

Zhejiang Huangma Kaimeike Polymer New Materials Co., Ltd

Founded on April 8, 2022, Zhejiang Huangma Kaimeike Polymer New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Huangma Technology Co., Ltd., is located in Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shangyu District, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province (expansion area for business expansion), covering an area of about 205，000 square meters. In 2023, the company plans to launch and implement a high-end functional new material project with an annual production capacity of 330，000 tons.
